The Stangeland, Hudson and Rogers families have a known history going back to the 13th Century. We have collected and digitized hundreds of photos and have organized them by family through the generations as well as putting together the family tree as well as we can. We are putting together a photographic family history archive centered around Lauren Elizabeth Miller and you can see it here.
We took a trip to Ossian, Iowa to visit the old Stangeland family farm and surrounding areas. We were fortunate enough to be there for the Ossian Days Parade, which was great fun. We've also included pictures of the town of Ossian and scenic shots of the countryside.
